SHIPPING

Orders placed with NiKiTest typically ship 1-3 business days after credit card authorization or Interac transfer has been received.

At the moment, we ship within Canada and with Canada Post. We also ship international using Canada Post. For the countries NiKiTest ships to, please click here.

For orders placed within Canada, Please allow 7-10 business days from order processing to receive your shipment. Most orders typically don’t take this long, but we simply cannot make false promises (and get criticized for it) so we are providing a wider buffer to cover any delays imposed by the shipping courier.

For orders placed outside of Canada, the shipping times depend on the service selected. This ranges from 5-10 business days upto 4-6 weeks, depending on method chosen.

Occasional delays due to high volume can occur, but they are infrequent. We do NOT have the ability to ship to PO Box addresses at this time.

What will I be charged for shipping and handling?

NiKiTest, much like any Canadian company or Canadian Citizen is at the mercy of the shipping couriers and the wars they create and maintain for shipping prices. We dont charge a handling fee for the packaging and supplies nor the time it takes to consolidate the Test Kits. We are a mom and pop shop…period.Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (before tax) via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. For all other orders, we use Canada Post’s Live Shipping Rates API. 

But how does Amazon, Best Buy or Ebay do it? They are conglomerates. They ship 1000′s of parcels a day. There rates are so much better then us small timers because of their volume and guaranteed business partnerships with the shipping couriers. Dont quote us here, but we have read that it could be something like 50-70% cheaper then rates offered to small businesses.

If your total qualifies for Free Shipping. On the cart page, in the shipping section, Please ensure the “FREE SHIPPING” radio button is highlighted in order to qualify for this prior to placing your order. You will not receive a refund for the calculated shipping fee if you did not highlight this option prior to placing your order.

Signature upon receipt

We can offer signature services. However, we only offer signature service when paying via Interac. If you would like signature service, please add $1.50 (direct service charge from Canada Post) to your total. Also required for this service is to mention in the “”customer notes” section on the order form that you would like signature receipt and that you have included the $1.50 surcharge.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by NiKiTest are estimates only and are completely controlled by Canada Post. NiKiTest will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct billing and/or shipping address prior to placing your order. NiKiTest cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered Billing and/or Shipping address information.

Does NiKiTest deliver on weekends?

Canada Post does not pick up or deliver on Saturday or Sunday but we can totally get your order prepared over the weekend and ship first thing Monday morning.

Change of Address

NiKiTest cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Please double check your order prior to placing the order. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to potential fast turnarounds, some orders cannot be adjusted, as they may already be on route.

Order Tracking

For Canadian orders, you will receive a tracking number by email. For international orders, there are tracked shipping methods. If you chose a tracked method, a tracking code will be provided when the shipment is dropped off with Canada Post.

 

RETURNS

 

In order for a 100% return. Here are the rules.
  • You have 14 days from the day your item was shipped to and accepted, to initiate a return.
  • ALL items must be received in their original, unused, unopened, non-tampered condition.
  • A refund will be issued for the original purchase price.
  • Credit will only be applied to the original credit card account used for purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Most credits are applied within 6 business days of receipt of the returned item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.

Procedure

  1. Contact us with your order number and enter a reason for the return.
  2. We will provide our return shipping address. Please package the product in the original packaging, if possible, or ensure proper protection of the item. Use your preferred courier to ship to us.
  3. Once we receive the item, inspect it and deem it okay to re-stock. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited. Once the merchandise is received and inspected it typically takes 6 business days to process the return and credit your account.
